The Safety Officer is responsible for maintaining an accident-free construction environment by conducting regular safety audits and managing site safety structures. They will collaborate with superintendents and subcontractors to minimize risks and provide safety orientations for new hires.
Candidates should possess extensive knowledge of OSHA construction standards and preferably hold a Bachelor's Degree in Safety or related experience. Prior safety or construction-related internships are considered a plus.

Boston Base Salary Range: $81,000 - $90,000. The range stated is specific to the LA Office. Placement within the listed range depends on many factors, including, but not limited to, years of experience, project size capability (for Construction & Field roles), and internal company equity.
