The Senior Preconstruction Manager develops and implements strategies to drive regional goals and provide value to clients during the preconstruction phase. This includes managing RFPs, coordinating with internal teams for proposals, and overseeing project workplans, budgets, and schedules.
Candidates must have over 20 years of construction management experience and a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Proven experience leading preconstruction for projects between $50m and $300m, including design-build leadership, is required.

The Sr Preconstruction Manager is responsible for the development and implementation of preconstruction strategies that will drive the goals of the region and bring value-add for the client during this critical phase.

Boston Base Salary Range: $166,000 – $225,000. The range stated is specific to New England Placement. The range listed depends on many factors, including, but not limited to, years of experience, project size capability (for Construction & Field roles), and internal company equity.
