The Memphis Sales Officer is a senior field sales leader responsible for driving growth, advisor productivity, and market expansion across New York Life’s core product portfolio, including Life Insurance, Annuities, Long-Term Care (LTC), Individual Disability Insurance (IDI), and Worksite solutions. This role partners closely with General Office leadership to execute strategic business objectives, develop high-performing advisors, and deliver exceptional client outcomes.
The successful candidate will combine strong sales leadership, coaching, and business development capabilities to accelerate advisor production, strengthen market presence, and achieve sustainable growth. This role is accountable for sales performance and plays a critical role in translating business strategy into measurable field results.
The ideal candidate is a proven sales leader with a track record of driving business growth through advisor development, coaching, and execution excellence. You bring strong field credibility, the ability to influence performance, and a passion for helping advisors achieve their full potential. You are energized by leading in a performance-driven environment, using data and insights to make decisions, and building a culture focused on client outcomes and business results.

Salary Range:
Overtime eligible: Exempt

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
