Plays a pivotal role in executing human resources activities, including reporting, communication, analysis, placement, and training for assigned client group(s). Responsibilities will include leading and facilitating various HR functions within the venue, such as recruitment, hiring, onboarding talent development, employee relations, performance reviews, compliance training, TSAT, payroll, and Team Member services. Serves as the primary HR representative, ensuring a visible and approachable presence for Team Members at Universal Horror Unleashed.
