The Supervisor of Quality Assurance manages QA Leads and oversees quality audits for operations and call centers to ensure a consistent client experience. They are responsible for refining team processes, monitoring productivity metrics, and handling final approvals for new investment onboarding.
Candidates should have a high school diploma, though a bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, or Accounting is preferred. At least 3 years of experience in the retirement or financial industries is required.
The Supervisor of Quality Assurance develops and manages the Quality Assurance Leads. Exhibits and embraces Equity Trust Company (ETC) Core Values and leads the team to do the same.
