The Electrical Foreman is responsible for leading and managing electrical crews on commercial construction projects while ensuring work meets quality standards and code requirements. Candidates must have previous experience as an Electrical Foreman and possess strong blueprint-reading and leadership skills. Proficiency in using digital tools for project documentation and a valid driver's license are required.

Berkshire Bay Contractors, Inc. is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to join our team. We are looking for a dependable leader who can manage a crew, coordinate with General Contractors, maintain quality workmanship, and keep projects on schedule.
This is a working foreman position. The right candidate must be willing and able to work alongside the crew when necessary to meet project deadlines.

Requirements
We need a foreman who takes ownership of the project. You should be able to review the plans, understand what needs to happen next, organize your crew, communicate with the GC, and keep management informed.
We expect our foremen to address problems before they become schedule issues. This position requires someone who can lead from the front and is willing to put their tools on when necessary to help the crew maintain production and meet deadlines.
Full-Time Position
Monday–Friday with additional hours as project schedules require.
