The Operations Manager leads day-to-day janitorial operations across multiple facility accounts to ensure service quality and client satisfaction. They are responsible for workforce planning, budgeting, and maintaining operational standards through regular site audits and staff development.
Candidates should have at least five years of progressive experience in facility services or operations management and be bilingual in English and Spanish. A bachelor's degree in Business or Facilities Management is preferred, along with a valid driver's license for regional travel.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a strong background in janitorial operations, multi-site management, and customer relationship management. This individual is expected to drive operational efficiencies, maintain high-quality standards, and foster a culture centered on safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Travel within the assigned service area or between contract locations is required. Occasional state travel may be necessary according to operational needs.
