The Underwriting Manager will lead and develop the underwriting team while acting as a senior point of escalation for complex cases and broker relationships. They are responsible for maintaining high underwriting standards, driving service delivery, and supporting the company's protection growth agenda.
Candidates must possess significant experience in Life, Serious Illness, and Income Protection underwriting with established authority levels. A Diploma in Life and Disability Underwriting is preferred, alongside strong leadership, communication, and commercial skills.
