You will be responsible for leading governance and strategic initiatives to enhance the effectiveness, consistency, and scalability of Depositary oversight across multiple jurisdictions. The role drives alignment of operating models, policies, and controls while ensuring compliance with evolving regulatory requirements. The VP acts as a key senior stakeholder, facilitating collaboration across regions and functions to strengthen investor protection and deliver a robust Depositary framework.
