Verify that incoming milk meets antibiotic and acidity standards while managing the unloading of tanker trucks. Responsible for running silos, monitoring CIP temperature charts, and maintaining accurate receipt logs.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and stand for entire shifts. Requires the ability to pass state certification for CHARM testing and proficiency in reading and writing English instructions.

Verify that incoming milk contains acceptable levels of antibiotics while also running silos.
