The Cheese Operator is responsible for the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of box-making and wrapping machinery to ensure efficient production. They must also maintain accurate records, adhere to food safety regulations, and support team training initiatives.
Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and possess a valid forklift certification. The role requires general machine maintenance knowledge and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds in a manufacturing environment.
