Assist the Vice President of Construction in coordinating day-to-day construction activities across assigned projects.
Track project progress against approved budgets and schedules and support ongoing cost control and schedule management efforts.
Review monthly pay applications, construction invoices, and job cost reports to promote accurate financial reporting and cost tracking.
Compile, maintain, and track change order logs and assist in the preparation, review, and execution of change orders.
Maintain organized project records, contracts, logs, and construction documentation in accordance with company standards and procedures.
Serve as a point of coordination with municipal review agencies, permitting authorities, inspectors, and utility providers to support project approvals and ongoing construction activities.
Project Closeout:
Coordinate punch list activities and support the timely completion of all outstanding project items.
Assist in managing project closeout activities, including final inspections, project acceptance, and certificate of occupancy requirements.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including warranties, operation and maintenance manuals, as-built drawings, and other closeout materials.
Manage and maintain construction records and as-built documentation within the departmental filing system for future operational and project use.
Support the successful turnover of completed projects to property management and operations teams.
