The Principal serves as a senior client-facing leader responsible for delivering strategic quality and regulatory consulting services to life sciences and pharmaceutical clients. They are tasked with leading complex compliance initiatives, driving business development, and providing executive-level advisory to improve quality systems.
Candidates must possess at least 10 years of experience in quality, regulatory, or compliance roles within the life sciences or medical device industries. A bachelor's degree is required, with an advanced degree such as an MBA or MS preferred, alongside proven success in business development and executive relationship management.
The Principal, Quality Consulting Services serves as a senior client-facing leader responsible for delivering strategic quality and regulatory consulting services to life sciences, medical device, diagnostics, and pharmaceutical clients. The role combines executive-level client advisory responsibilities, project leadership, business development, and thought leadership to help clients improve quality systems, achieve regulatory compliance, prepare for inspections, and address complex quality challenges.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $140,200.00 - $390,600.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).
