The Manager of Nursing Professional Development leads the strategic execution of nursing education, clinical onboarding, and competency programs to ensure nursing excellence. They also mentor clinical educators and evaluate educational interventions to improve patient outcomes and regulatory compliance.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) with a Master's degree preferred, along with a current Registered Nurse (RN) license. The role requires two to five years of clinical education experience and expertise in adult learning principles and regulatory standards.

As our Manager, Nursing Professional Development, you will lead the strategic execution of nursing education, clinical onboarding, and competency programs to drive evidence-based practice and nursing excellence across the market. You will serve as a key organizational leader, ensuring all educational initiatives directly align with our clinical quality goals and patient safety standards.
Every day you will design and implement comprehensive curricula while ensuring rigorous compliance with regulatory bodies like The Joint Commission and DNV. You will also manage and mentor NPD specialists, evaluating the effectiveness of training programs to ensure they deliver measurable improvements in patient outcomes.
To be successful in this role, you will bring proven expertise in nursing professional development and the leadership skills necessary to mentor clinical teams and collaborate with hospital administration. We are looking for a dedicated professional who excels at data-driven program evaluation and fostering a continuous culture of growth and clinical competence.
