The Buyer is responsible for the end-to-end procurement of materials, components, and services to support production. This includes sourcing suppliers, negotiating terms, managing purchase orders, and maintaining the Bill of Materials (BOM).
Candidates must have prior ERP experience and a background in purchasing or supply chain, preferably within the aerospace or manufacturing sectors. US citizenship or permanent residency is required to comply with ITAR and EAR regulations.

You will manage supplier relationships, negotiate pricing and terms, drive cost savings, and make sure the right parts are available at the right time. This is not a passive order-placement role — you will actively shape how and where we buy.

Compensation
The Base Salary Range for this position is $90,000 - $115,000 per year. Actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Boom’s total rewards package for employees. Other rewards may include long term incentives/equity, a flexible PTO policy, and many other progressive benefits.
