As a Multifamily Closer, your primary responsibility is to facilitate the closing of Investment Real Estate loans, including bridge, construction, and line-of-credit transactions. You will also collaborate with Agency Closers (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD) on complex deals.
