Account Operations Manager

Job Family Definition:

Develops, implements and utilizes processes and tools to enable the sales life-cycle (pricing, orders, invoicing, opportunity assessment, field inventory management and other sales pipeline analytics and forecasting solutions). Reports and analyzes order pipeline, bookings, revenue forecasting, revenue reporting, sales productivity and goal attainment. Maintains and enhances sales force automation systems, product/service costing models, and margin management tools/systems to effectively monitor and manage revenue/expenses.

Management Level Definition:

Applies intermediate level of subject matter knowledge to solve a variety of common business issues. Works on problems of moderately complex scope. Acts as an informed team member providing analysis of information and limited project direction input. Exercises independent judgment within defined practices and procedures to determine appropriate action. Follows established guidelines and interprets policies. Evaluates unique circumstances and makes recommendations.

What you'll do:

Role and Responsibilities for Nonstop Operations in APJ excluding Japan:
•    Responsible for quotes and pricing, margin analysis, pre-loading, order management including returns, invoicing, and operations support across multiple segments and business areas.
•    Responsible for Software Evaluation and Loan, Demo Unit, and Decommission System execution.
•    Responsible for Reseller onboarding.
•    Responsible for Forecast and Backlog, and Installed Database reporting.
•    Responsible for User Acceptance Testing. 
•    Contribute overall Nonstop sales operations framework, including forecasts and budgets, to meet resource and business needs.
•    Manages relationships with internal and external partners and customers for ease of doing business.
•    Participate in quality audits.
•    Drives innovation and integration of new technologies (AI) and initiatives into sales operations tools and activities.

Proficiency in S4.

Good Communication skills

Excellent Microsoft skills.

AI skillset will be a bonus.
