Requires 5+ years of technical ADAS calibration experience and in-depth knowledge of automotive diagnostic tools. Must possess a valid driver's license and a proven track record of leading teams in fast-paced environments.
The role
As a Senior Calibration Technician, your objective is to ensure that the Hub delivers accurate, complete, and cost-effective ADAS calibrations for customers every day. With expert automotive and shop experience, you’ll train, lead, and manage a team of ADAS technicians, focusing them on high-quality and efficient vehicle calibration, maintenance, and repair work in accordance with the company’s technical and operational standards. In addition, you’ll update and revise calibration techniques and approaches as needed to foster a culture of continuous improvement. The Senior Calibration Technician role is designed to accelerate business growth by driving customer satisfaction, retaining and building customer relationships, and contributing to the evolution of technical offerings at Kinetic Hubs.
