RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinates with the KO and COR in making decisions impacting the overall contract to include management, staffing, and operational approach.
Responsible for TekSynap’s overall operational approach, delegation of responsibilities, and ensuring the terms of the PWS are fully executed.
In support of a Force Protection situation, keep the COR apprised of all personnel whereabouts, to include those in a TDY location.
Leads, coordinates, communicates, integrates and is accountable for the overall success of the program, ensuring alignment with critical agency priorities.
Responsible for the operational planning, establishment, execution, and evaluation of a multifaceted program/project typically consisting of a set of closely related subprograms or associated activities.
Oversees fiscal, operational, administrative, and human resources management of the program.
Seeks and develops outside funding sources.
Serves as principal point of representation and liaison with external constituencies on operational matters.
Provides day-to-day technical/professional guidance and leadership as appropriate to the area of expertise.
Manages large projects or processes and problems faced are difficult and often complex; analyzes problems/issues of diverse scope and determines solutions.
May manage programs that include formulating strategies and administering policies, processes, and resources.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Active DoD Top-Secret clearance
Minimum of 12+ years of related IT experience

Advanced expertise in risk management analysis and procedures.
