The Retail Sales Lead is responsible for driving sales goals and fostering a WOW customer experience through effective team leadership and coaching. They will also manage visual merchandising, inventory routines, and daily store operations in partnership with the management team.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, with an associate degree and one year of relevant leadership experience preferred. The role requires the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, along with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Take your first step into leadership as a Retail Sales Lead! You'll earn $24.00 hour (Base of $20.00 plus bonus of $4.00+ per hour) while working on your skills in developing other future leaders. You will model and drive a WOW Customer Experience-focused selling culture, and provide consistent leadership and support to achieve or exceed sales and profitability goals. You will do this while consistently exemplifying, maintaining, and fostering the mission and values of Road Runner Sports. In partnership with the rest of the store's leadership team, you will lead your team by example within all areas of performance including but not limited to the WOW Experience, Fit Zone, and KPI Metrics. This position reports directly to the Retail Store Manager.
