Funny name, serious business
We are a leading eco-friendly household essentials business and we donate 50% of our profits to help everyone gain access to clean water and a toilet. As of June 2026, we’ve contributed over $20 million AUD to this mission. Basically, we’re really good at making it easy to do good.
We operate scaling businesses the UK, US, Australia and Canada. Our amazing team is based in Australia, the UK, the Philippines, China, and the US. Our 250+ people aim to make the biggest possible impact for people and the planet. Over the next 5-10 years, we’re hoping to increase our annual donation tenfold to get us closer to our dream of everyone in the world having access to clean water and sanitation services.
A bit about the role
The Amazon Marketplace Coordinator will join our E-Commerce team, reporting to the Director of Amazon, Global.
This role is critical to maintaining and growing our presence on one of the world’s largest retail platforms. You will own the operational health and daily execution across our core markets (US, UK, AU, and CA). If you are meticulous, know how to make an Amazon account sing, and are ready to be the expert who keeps everything running smoothly, this is your chance to directly support our revenue goals and, by extension, our mission. The focus is on driving operational excellence, flawless catalog management, and ensuring we provide a seamless customer experience while maintaining platform compliance.
If you worked here this past month here are some things you might have been involved in
Conducting a full audit of product listings and brand content (including A+ Content) across all our Amazon storefronts to ensure consistent branding and perfect data integrity.
Coordinating with our Supply Chain and Customer Happiness teams to forecast inventory needs and troubleshoot logistics queries for a major upcoming promotion.
Diving deep into Seller Central performance reports to identify trends, check account health metrics, and proactively address any potential compliance issues.
Generating and maintaining reports on Amazon sales, operations, and competitor activity to inform the broader strategy.
Updating product descriptions, images, and pricing for a new product launch across multiple international marketplaces.
Let’s talk about you
You have an Expert Command of the Amazon Ecosystem
You are a master of the Amazon Marketplace, and you’re looking for a role where your operational rigor has a massive impact. You’ll bring direct, hands-on experience managing and optimising accounts on Amazon Seller Central (and ideally Vendor Central). You are fluent in Amazon reporting, analytics tools, and content management systems (including A+ Content) and are just at home juggling a diverse product portfolio across multiple international marketplaces, showing strong data analysis and problem-solving skills. You are highly organised and proactive, with exceptional attention to detail—typos and broken links simply don't survive your audits.
You thrive in a fast-paced, purpose-led environment
You are a self-starter who gets energy from owning a critical function and driving results that matter. You see operational excellence not as a task, but as a key driver of business success and mission impact. Your communication skills are tip top and you’re able to coordinate complex needs across internal teams like Supply Chain, Marketing, and Customer Happiness. When a problem arises on the platform, you don't wait for instructions; you immediately jump in, diagnose the issue, and implement a solution.
You give a crap
Do you want your work to make the world a better place? Do you want to work with other people who feel the same way? What a coincidence — us too!
Why should you work with us?
First off,as a certified B Corp™, we work to make a difference every day while maintaining the highest standards of social and environmental impact. With our most recent score of 125.5 we’re in very good company with other exceptional B Corps around the world.
We also believe that helping to make the world a better place should be rewarded accordingly – that’s why we offer competitive, market informed salaries, meaningful support towards healthcare for our team around the world, generous paid leave, tailored learning and development opportunities, and free toilet paper (yes, you read that right). Our engagement surveys (thanks Culture Amp!) tell us that our team is really proud (95%) to work for Who Gives A Crap and, well, we couldn’t be more proud of that.
Have you made it this far?
If you’re still reading, we think there’s a strong chance you might be our kind of person. Here’s the thing, though — research suggests that 60% of women and underrepresented folks might have already talked themselves out of applying. Even if you don’t check every box above, we want to encourage you to introduce yourself. We believe a diversity of perspectives and experiences makes a team stronger — and the stronger our team, the closer we are to delivering toilets and clean water for all.

We are one of the fastest-growing eCommerce businesses in Australia (and now the US and UK too!). More than that, we’re one of the country’s fastest-growing social businesses.
Who Gives a Crap sells beautiful, forest friendly toilet paper, paper towels and tissues and we donate 50% of our profits to help build toilets for those in need. As much as we love toilet paper, the reason we’re in business is the impact we’re having on the world—To date, Who Gives A Crap has donated over $8 million Aussie dollars to our charity partners, WaterAid, Sanergy, Lwala Community Alliance and Shining Hope For Communities, iDE and WaterSHED. The more innovative the solutions our partners can unlock, the quicker we can help build toilets for the 2 billion people who don’t have them.
We have a fully distributed business with all team members working remotely (i.e. from home or a co-working space) most of the time. We currently operate in six time zones with team members across four continents... and we’re just getting started.
We believe a diversity of perspectives and experiences is what makes a strong team. The stronger our team, the closer we are to our mission – toilets and clean water for all. So come join us! We're looking for people of all genders, races, ethnicities, orientations, abilities and disabilities to come sit at our table. The only thing we're a stickler on is species – you have to be a person.
