Global Resource Solutions, Inc. (GRS) is seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, detail orientated, and talented individual for the position of Regulatory Analyst. This is a Remote Position.
Job Description:
Summary: The Regulatory Analyst will process and analyze public comments on proposed federal rules under the direction of a lead regulatory analyst. Produce clear summaries and maintain a complete, traceable record of issues, recommendations and supporting evidence. Work combines careful document review, structured data management and use of an AI-assisted analytical platform.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Distinguish form-letter families, unique submissions and substantive additions according to the approved methodology.
Prepare neutral summaries of positions, recommendations and evidence; elevate ambiguous or high-risk material.
Check AI-generated classifications and summaries against original submissions rather than accepting suggestions without review.
Maintain comment-to-issue mappings, quantitative tables and key issues matrix entries with clear review status.
Produce accessible Word/Excel work products and support peer review, corrections, weekly meetings and delivery tracking.
Support authorized publication workflows after required review and approval; protect nonpublic information
