The Pre-Suit Attorney will manage pre-litigation workflows, including drafting documents, overseeing settlement negotiations, and guiding clients through the case process. Additionally, the role involves leading a team of 6-10 Case Managers and driving compliance and performance KPIs.
Candidates must hold a law degree from an accredited school and be an active member in good standing with the Florida State Bar Association. At least one year of personal injury experience and strong leadership and communication skills are required.

Morgan & Morgan, P.A. is seeking a pre-litigation attorney to serve as a Pre-Suit Attorney in our growing Jacksonville, FL office.
This role reports to the Pre-Suit Operations Manager.
