Requires 5-7 years of DB Pension Administration experience and post-secondary education, with CEBS or PPAC designations considered an asset. Candidates must possess strong knowledge of provincial pension and tax legislation along with excellent leadership and communication skills.

The Associate Consultant will be responsible for managing Group Annuity administration activities for various plans and play a role in managing client relationships. The successful candidate brings consultative skills, project leadership, pension and legislative knowledge to the role as well as the ability to apply best practices to successfully support the Group Annuity Administration Team.

Salary Range: $ 65,000 - $90,000
Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience.
