The Registered Nurse is responsible for assessing, planning, and coordinating resident care while supervising LPN and Health Care Aide staff. They also act as a facility lead in the absence of management and ensure compliance with health regulations and care standards.
Candidates must hold current registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta. Previous experience in long-term care is preferred, along with strong clinical knowledge and leadership abilities.
