The Administrative Associate serves as the first point of contact for clients and manages incoming calls and appointment scheduling. They are also responsible for maintaining client charts, processing payments, and providing general administrative support.
Candidates should ideally have 1 to 2 years of experience in reception or customer service and a post-secondary education in medical office or business administration. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to work fluently in both English and French are considered assets.
