The Registered Nurse will provide mobility assessments, care management, and individual counselling to clients within the community. They will work collaboratively with an inter-professional team to develop and implement mobility care plans while acting as a client advocate.
Candidates must hold a current practicing registration as a Registered Nurse with the British Columbia College of Nursing Professionals (BCCNP). A valid BC Driver's License and access to a personal vehicle are required for local travel.
