The Regional Director of Finance oversees business office policies, billing, and collection processes across multiple skilled nursing facilities. They are responsible for auditing financial systems, training Business Office Managers, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in nursing home billing and a thorough understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance billing processes. Previous supervisory experience and proficiency with automated computer systems and spreadsheets are required.
The CommuniCare Family of Health Care Companies is currently recruiting a Regional Director of Finance to supervise business office policies, billing, collection, and other related administrative duties associated with 8 of CommuniCare's Skilled Nursing Facilities located in Northern Ohio.
This position offers an exciting chance for an experienced Long Term Care professional to tackle challenging and diverse assignments in a team environment. The position must function as a team member, team leader, and consultant to ensure that work is accomplished and quality services are delivered.
