The Medical Assistant is responsible for performing clinical intake, assisting physicians with procedures, and managing patient communications. They also ensure clinic areas are clean, maintain medical records, and facilitate scheduling for diagnostic testing.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a certified Medical Assistant program completion preferred. A minimum of 2-3 years of clinical experience, preferably in orthopedics or surgery, is required along with EMR proficiency.
