The Business Unit Controller II oversees the financial and accounting performance of the Procedural OR Business Unit, providing strategic guidance and financial leadership. Responsibilities include managing annual operating plans, capital budgets, financial reporting, and leading a team of finance professionals.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and at least 12 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles. Proficiency in financial strategy, internal controls, and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements is essential, along with strong modeling and communication skills.
The Business Unit Controller II is responsible for the oversight of the financial and accounting performance of the Procedural OR Business Unit team. You will provide business guidance and financial support for the business by being a core member of the leadership team. The financial responsibilities flow through and include the subsidiaries of the business.

Pay range for this opportunity is $120,000 - 140,000. This position is also eligible for bonus participation and long-term incentives.
Minimum pay rates offered will comply with county/city minimums, if higher than range listed. Pay rates are based on a number of factors, including but not limited to local labor market costs, years of relevant experience, education, professional certifications, foreign language fluency, etc.
