The medical assistant performs various patient care activities and assists providers and nursing staff to maintain high standards of care. Responsibilities include restocking supplies and maintaining a safe working environment.
A high school diploma is required, while CCMA and BLS certifications are preferred. Candidates must be skilled in taking vital signs, basic computer operations, and communicating effectively with patients and staff.
