The EMT MICU Driver is responsible for the safe operation of ambulances and the transport of patients and equipment. They also assist with vehicle maintenance, inventory management, and documentation to meet department and state requirements.
Candidates must hold a valid Ohio EMT certification and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. One year of experience driving emergency vehicles is required, along with the ability to pass physical and background evaluations.

Schedule: Rotating Days & Nights (12-hour shifts), Every Third Weekend & Holiday Requirement, 36 hrs./week
Mandatory on call shifts will be 2-3 days per 6-week schedule
Valid Ohio driver’s license and proof of auto insurance is required by hospital policy. Must pass a motor vehicle background inspection, insurance eligibility, driving qualifications and training set forth by Nationwide Children’s Hospital and must maintain qualification of insurance guidelines.
