Begun as an HIV/AIDS service organization, God’s Love provides for people living with more than 200 individual diagnoses. God’s Love cooks and home delivers the specific, nutritious meals a client’s severe illness and treatment so urgently require. Meals are individually tailored for each client by one of our Registered Dietitians, and all clients have access to unlimited nutrition counseling. God’s Love supports families by providing meals for the children and senior caregivers of our clients. All of our services are provided at no cost to our clients.
We are seeking a collaborative, strategic, and operationally minded Manager, Government & Research Grants to lead and strengthen the organization's government and research funding portfolio.
Reporting to the Director of External Affairs and partnering closely with the Director of Research and Evaluation, this role manages the full lifecycle of government and research grants—from identifying funding opportunities and coordinating proposal development to overseeing compliance, reporting, and grant administration. Working across Research & Evaluation, Policy & Advocacy, Finance, Programs, Operations, Philanthropy, and external affairs stakeholders, the Manager will help expand sustainable funding, strengthen grant infrastructure, and support God’s Love We Deliver's leadership in the Food Is Medicine field.
The position combines grants management, strategic project management, operational coordination, compliance oversight, and cross-functional leadership.

You communicate clearly across teams, translate strategy into action, and balance attention to detail with big-picture thinking.
