Pipeline Generation & Prospecting: Own direct pipeline generation for enterprise opportunities by leveraging personal networks, market presence, and executing targeted prospecting strategies (such as account mapping, executive entry points, and event-driven outreach) to convert new client relationships into qualified pursuits
Pursuit & Matrix Partner Leadership: Act as the strategic quarterback and overall pursuit leader for qualified enterprise opportunities; direct, influence, and coordinate diverse, cross-functional matrix partner teams (spanning solutioning, pricing, legal, communications, operations, and human capital) to align on complex commercial structures from design through contract execution
Client Needs Discovery & Qualification: Lead early discovery to define client needs, urgency, and strategic fit; translate into clear problem statements, initial scopes, and value hypotheses while driving qualification discipline to manage opportunity flow through the funnel

Market Intimacy & Strategic Input: Champion market intimacy by aggregating client feedback to influence organizational accountability, and provide strategic, future-state industry input to Product, Operations, and service delivery teams
Deal Approval & Transition Management: Present comprehensive solutions and deal economics to internal stakeholders to secure approvals, manage de-scoping decisions and delivery risks, and ensure a clean post-signature handoff to delivery leadership
Accountability & Performance Delivery: Hold teams accountable for executing account growth plans, delivering strategies impacting key performance drivers (price, risk profile, utilization, revenue), and exceeding operating targets, SLAs, and MBOs
AI & Analytical Innovation Integration: Strategically leverage advanced technologies, data analytics, and enterprise AI tools to solve client problems, unlock growth opportunities, and design next-generation partnership offerings that deliver tangible business value
Responsible Tech Deployment: Champion the ethical use of AI and emerging technologies in solution delivery by embedding transparency, fairness, and accountability across the entire solution and deployment lifecycle
Cultural Leadership: Foster a success-oriented, accountable environment that effectively represents Our United Culture and UnitedHealth Group values internally and externally
You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.
