The Sr. Human Resources Generalist plays a key role in driving business performance by partnering closely with leaders and employees. This position supports our Cretex Medical Component and Device Technologies group at our Brooklyn Park facility. Daily, in-person collaboration is essential to success in this position, and this role is not eligible for hybrid or remote work. In this hands-on role, you’ll contribute across the employee lifecycle— onboarding, employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, and wellness—while helping leaders navigate people-related decisions with confidence and care.

This pay range reflects the base hourly rate or annual salary for positions within this job grade, based on our market-based pay structures. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as skills, relevant experience, education, internal equity, business needs, and local market conditions. While the full hiring range is shared for transparency, offers are rarely made at the minimum or maximum of the range.
