Our not-for-profit hospice and palliative care organization has an opportunity for an organized, detail-oriented, compassionate and resourceful individual who wants to do meaningful work. Candidate must have strong communication and time management skills and be eager and willing to handle the diverse responsibilities of the job with a helpful, professional attitude and a friendly demeanor.
Job Responsibilities
Assisting the clinical team with administrative tasks Working as a team player within the administrative and clinical teams Triaging phone calls in a fast-paced office Detail-oriented tracking to remain in compliance with regulations
Schedule and Weekly Hours
We offer different schedules
Tuesday - Saturday, from 9 am to 5 pm (start time may vary depending on department needs - 8:30 am or 9:30 am) Sunday - Thursday, from 9 am to 5 pm (start time may vary depending on department needs - 8:30 am or 9:30 am)
