Provide excellent service to members by leading safe and enjoyable water fitness classes. Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with YMCA policies and procedures.
Candidates must hold a water exercise certification and maintain CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications. A nationally accredited group fitness certification or YMCA Foundations of Group Exercise is required within six months of hire.
The YMCA of Northern Colorado has openings for experienced water fitness instructors and Silver Sneakers water fitness instructors at our YMCA. We want to offer more classes and can be flexible with times. The salary range is $22.00-30.00 per hour based on experience and availability. In addition, we offer a +10% differential for bilingual staff who test as fluent in Spanish and English.
