The Wellness Nurse supports resident health by conducting wellness assessments and monitoring health changes. They are responsible for medication management, clinical compliance, and coordinating care with families and physicians.
Candidates must hold an active LPN/LVN license and have at least one year of experience in a clinical or senior living setting. Strong skills in assessment, documentation, and medication administration are required.
