As a Consumable Territory Manager, you will be the expert hospitals and surgery centers rely on for our SPD Reprocessing consumables - including instrument cleaning chemistries and sterility assurance solutions. You will work closely with hospitals and surgery centers to build strong relationships to help them maintain the highest standards in patient safety and infection prevention.

This territory covers Colorado, Eastern part of Montana & Wyoming.
What you will do as a Consumable Territory Manager
Accelerate Growth: Create and execute a territory strategy that exceeds sales targets and delivers exceptional Customer experiences.
Build Influence: Cultivate strong, consultative relationships with clinical and supply chain stakeholders. Understand their challenges and deliver tailored solutions that drive long-term value.
Lead with Autonomy: Manage your schedule, plan impactful Customer visits, and maintain outreach to stay top-of-mind.
Differentiate with Value: Leverage tools like CEU training, equipment audits, and in-service videos to showcase the unique value of STERIS products.
Expand Your Network: Engage with professional organizations (SGNA, APIC, AORN, etc.) to stay informed and connected within the healthcare community.
Collaborate for Success: Partner with internal teams and leverage GPO contracts to unlock new opportunities and maximize territory potential.
The Experience, Skills and Abilities Needed
Required:
Bachelor’s degree
3 years of successful sales experience
Must be able to be compliant with hospital/customer credentialing requirements
Preferred:
2 years of successful Consumables experience
Proven experience leading and managing Sterile Processing Departments (SPD), with a deep understanding of operational workflows, compliance standards, and infection prevention protocols
Demonstrated ability to successfully sell in the SPD space, manage large portfolio of products across multiple sell points, and successfully negotiate large deals with senior decision makers
Strong understanding of the hospital buying process including the role of National Accounts, GPO, IDN and distributors

Pay range for this opportunity is $55,000 - $75,000. This position is incentive plan eligible, at target earnings of $119,000 - $156,000, depending on performance.
Minimum pay rates offered will comply with county/city minimums, if higher than range listed. Pay rates are based on a number of factors, including but not limited to local labor market costs, years of relevant experience, education, professional certifications, foreign language fluency, etc.
