The Director of Rehab is responsible for planning, directing, and evaluating rehabilitation programs and personnel to meet facility goals and government regulations. This includes managing staffing levels and providing direct patient care within their specific discipline.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited physical, occupational, or speech-language pathology school and hold a valid state license. Three years of clinical experience is required, with prior management experience preferred.

Requirements:
POSITION SUMMARY
Planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating rehabilitation programs, services and personnel in a manner that supports the goals of the designated facility while meeting federal and state regulations and the state specific practice acts for Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy. Responsible for direct patient care delivery in their discipline. Completes all duties in accordance with established medical practices, governmental requirements and Company policies and procedures.
