Provide speech, language, swallowing, cognition, and voice therapy screenings and treatments for residents across the community continuum of care. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary clinical team to implement personalized care plans and ensure compliance with federal and state guidelines.
Requires a current valid state license and CPR certification. Preference is given to candidates with at least one year of experience working with the older adult population.
