The Group Leader is responsible for managing equipment maintenance schedules, ensuring cGMP compliance, and performing advanced troubleshooting on manufacturing systems. They also mentor junior staff, coordinate engineering change orders, and support new equipment installations.
Candidates must have extensive experience in equipment maintenance, typically 10+ years with a high school diploma or equivalent, and advanced technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems. Strong leadership, analytical skills, and the ability to work across multiple facilities are required.

The annualized base salary range for this role is $70,000 to $105,100 and is bonus eligible. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand..
