The Manufacturing Technician 2 operates, monitors, and troubleshoots complex production equipment while ensuring all quality and safety standards are met. They collaborate with engineering and quality teams to execute production requirements, perform process validations, and maintain accurate inventory records.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or associate degree and 1-2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to read technical schematics are required, along with the ability to work in a collaborative, detail-oriented manufacturing environment.
Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot complex equipment and activities in order to ensure production meets all requirements of the area. Works with engineers on set-up and calibration tasks, as well as performing rework and quality testing related to the production of parts, components, subassemblies, and final assemblies. Uses sophisticated programs to collect and evaluate operating data to conduct on-line adjustments to products, instruments, or equipment. Responsible for following all operating procedures to the highest standard.
Works collaboratively with manufacturing associates, engineering, quality, and leadership to execute on production requirements. Supports engineering experimentation and operational improvement initiatives as requested. Participates on teams to identify opportunities for improvements within production area. May assist in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process.

The annualized base salary range for this role is $ $46,400- $69,600 and is bonus eligible. Final compensation packages will depend on factors such as experience, skills, knowledge, location, education, business needs, and market demand.
