Dar soporte técnico en asuntos relacionados con Ingeniería de calidad o Control de Calidad, a través de interpretación de especificaciones, criterio de aceptación y regulaciones, para solventar problemas de proceso. materia prima o equipos debido a causas asignables o a problemas sistémicos, ayudando a identificar la causa raíz y aportando ideas para solucionar los problemas.
Liderar, planificar, asignar y/o dar seguimiento y evaluar el desempeño de las tareas del personal técnico de Calidad a su cargo para garantizar el cumplimiento de los estándares de los requerimientos del producto.
Liderar reuniones de contención y participar en la elaboración del plan de acción para mitigar o corregir los problemas de calidad detectados en las líneas de manufactura.
Participar e influir en los equipos interdisciplinarios (CSPO), para impactar positivamente en los objetivos estratégicos de la compañía en búsqueda de la excelencia operacional.
Participar en las reuniones relacionadas al seguimiento de indicadores del desempeño para comunicar en conjunto con el CSPO el estado actual de las líneas de manufactura.
Mantener comunicación constante con todos los miembros del CSPO (local y/o extendido) para la toma de decisiones que impacten el desempeño de los productos, líneas de manufactura y/o proyectos.
Asistir y desarrollar investigaciones de defectos de producto, quejas del mercado, rechazos y fallas del sistema de calidad detectadas, para definir las acciones preventivas y correctivas apropiadas.
Facilitar y procesar los Reportes de Material No-Conforme (NCE) para garantizar la correcta segregación, identificación y disposición del mismo.
Revisar y actualizar la documentación bajo la responsabilidad de calidad y elaborar nuevos documentos y procedimientos para garantizar la mejora continua del sistema de calidad.
Revisar y aprobar ordenes de cambio y/o protocolos y reportes, para garantizar la correcta implementación de procesos y sistemas en las áreas productivas.
Desarrollar, soportar y/o ejecutar validaciones para asegurar la correcta implementación cumpliendo con las regulaciones, estándares y buenas prácticas, en búsqueda de la excelencia operacional.
Ejecutar e implementar a tiempo las acciones asignadas y requeridas por el sistema de calidad (CAPA, IACA, PA, COR, entre otros) para corregir los problemas que se relacionan a fallos sistémicos.
Realizar o participar en proyectos de mejora continua para los procesos, inspecciones y mediciones, proyectos de internalización o la introducción de nuevos productos, con el fin de aumentar la productividad y lograr los objetivos de la organización en búsqueda de la excelencia operacional.
Proveer información a la Gerencia del departamento para el planeamiento anual de los objetivos y procesos a seguir.
Implementar, promover y/o soportar el uso de herramientas de calidad y herramientas estadísticas en las diferentes actividades ejecutadas y/o soportadas por el área de ingeniería de calidad.
