Safely transport PACE participants to and from destinations while maintaining positive connections. Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and assist participants with mobility needs, including wheelchair transfers.
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent (or 1 year of experience), a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass a DOT physical and background check. Candidates must be comfortable with technology and obtain CPR/First Aid certification within 180 days of hire.

Reporting to the Transportation Supervisor, Drivers safely transport participants to and from their destinations, all while creating genuine, positive connections. Drivers perform thorough pre-trip inspections and ensure vehicles are fully stocked with emergency supplies, ensuring each ride is safe. Drivers receive structured training, follow straightforward procedures, and effectively communicate with dispatch and leadership.

Compensation is based on a per diem hourly rate. WelbeHealth provides a comprehensive rewards package that includes a 401(k) match and accrued sick leave. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other relevant qualifications.
