The BI Analyst is responsible for implementing report content and analytics tools within the Epic Health Information System to meet end-user data needs. This includes leading requirements gathering sessions, building dashboards, and maintaining reporting security policies.
Requires an undergraduate degree in Health Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field with 3-5 years of experience in BI and data analytics. Proficiency in analytics tools and business analysis is required, with Epic Cogito certification and SQL skills preferred.

Position Summary
The Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst reports to the Senior Manager, Cogito Reporting. By working closely with Business Intelligence Developers and clinical/business application analysts, this position is responsible for implementing report content and analytics tools to meet end-user data needs in Epic, our new Health Information System (HIS).
