About the role
The Senior Systems Administrator, SuccessFactors is
responsible for managing and maintaining the SAP SuccessFactors system to
support HR and business operations. The role ensures the system is reliable,
secure, and available to users by managing configurations, updates,
integrations, and user access. It also oversees system improvements, testing,
and compliance activities to provide effective and accessible HR technology
services across the organisation.
Key responsibilities
Administer, configure, and maintain the SAP SuccessFactors platform across relevant modules (EC, RCM, PMGM and ONB2.0). Manage system updates, releases, and enhancements to ensure optimal performance and functionality. Monitor system performance and resolve issues to maintain service reliability and business continuity. Support integrations between SuccessFactors and other enterprise systems. Manage user access, security roles, and permissions in line with organisational policies. Coordinate system testing, including release validation, regression testing, and defect resolution. Provide expert advice and support to HR, Payroll, and business stakeholders on SuccessFactors functionality and best practices. Analyse business requirements and implement system improvements and process efficiencies. Ensure data integrity, compliance, and adherence to governance and security requirements. Develop and maintain system documentation, procedures, and training materials. Work with vendors and internal teams to deliver enhancements, projects, and continuous improvement initiatives. Support reporting and analytics requirements to meet business and regulatory needs.

experienced SAP SuccessFactors professional with strong system administration,
configuration, and stakeholder management skills. You enjoy solving complex
problems, improving business processes, and delivering reliable HR technology
solutions.
To be successful
in this role, you will have:
*Proven experience administering and
supporting SAP SuccessFactors, particularly Employee Central and related
modules (RCM, PMGM and ONB2.0). *Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors
configuration, role-based permissions, workflows, business rules, and
reporting. *Experience managing system
enhancements, releases, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives. *Knowledge of SuccessFactors
integrations and data management practices. *Strong analytical and
problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve system
issues effectively. *Excellent communication and
stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate business
requirements into practical system solutions. *A strong focus on data quality,
system security, and compliance. *The ability to manage multiple
priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. *Experience working collaboratively
with HR & Payroll BPO, vendors, and business stakeholders / Agencies. *A commitment to providing
high-quality customer service and driving positive user experiences.
