Applicants must be currently enrolled in a bachelor's or graduate program or have graduated within the last year. Native Spanish and fluent English are required, along with proven ability in social media management and digital content creation.
At UNDP, strategic internal and external communication—at the national, regional and global levels—is essential to advancing development results and organizational priorities. The Communications Team leads these efforts by enhancing the visibility and impact of UNDP’s work through strategic communications. Within the team, the Social and Digital Engagement unit transforms this mission into compelling editorial and social media content, while working closely with other units to ensure a consistent tone, voice and visual identity.
Reporting to the Spanish Editor, the intern will support the management of UNDP’s Spanish-language social media channels and digital editorial content. From drafting social media posts and developing creative concepts for digital assets to supporting global campaigns and event coverage, the intern will help expand the reach and impact of UNDP’s communications in Spanish.
