Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and surpass sales targets within the assigned territory.
Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs to provide tailored solutions.
Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise profitability.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activity, pipeline status, and market feedback to the management team.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a field sales role, preferably within the trading or distribution industry.
A demonstrable track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong business sense and the ability to build rapport with key decision-makers.
Highly self-motivated, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software is advantageous.
A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
