This role combines advanced design expertise with emerging AI-driven creative tools to produce compelling digital and print assets. The Senior Graphic Designer works closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging visuals that enhance brand consistency and drive audience engagement across all channels.
Position Responsibilities
Creative Development & Brand Execution
Design and produce high-quality visual assets across digital, print, and experiential channels, including social media, web, video graphics, presentations, and event materials
Ensure all creative output aligns with brand guidelines, maintaining consistency across all touchpoints
Translate technical and complex concepts into visually compelling and easy-to-understand graphics
Support the evolution of the company’s visual identity through innovative and modern design approaches
AI-Driven Design & Innovation
Leverage AI tools (e.g., generative design, image creation, automation platforms) to enhance creative workflows and output efficiency
Explore and implement new AI-driven design techniques to improve speed, scalability, and creativity
Collaborate with marketing leadership to integrate AI into content production strategies
Stay current with industry trends in both traditional design and AI-enabled creative technologies
Campaign Support & Content Creation
Develop visual assets for integrated marketing campaigns, including demand generation, product launches, and events
Create graphics for thought leadership content, video series, and social media initiatives
Support trade shows and events with booth graphics, signage, and promotional materials
Ensure timely delivery of creative assets aligned with campaign schedules
Quality Control & Process Optimization
Maintain high standards for design quality, accuracy, and attention to detail
Establish and refine creative workflows to improve efficiency and scalability
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Organize and maintain digital asset libraries and design systems
Job Qualifications & Experience
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a B2B or technology-driven environment
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.)
Experience using AI tools for design and content generation (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E, Firefly, or similar)
Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of digital, print, and campaign-based work
Solid understanding of branding, typography, layout, and visual storytelling principles
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Must have a United States security clearance or the ability to obtain a United States security clearance
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting marketing campaigns in defense, technology, or B2B industries
Strong capabilities in both 2D and 3D animation, including the ability to develop dynamic visual content for video, digital campaigns, and experiential environments
Motion graphics and video editing experience
Familiarity with web design and basic UX/UI principles
Experience working within integrated marketing teams
The base pay for this role can vary from $125,000 to $156,000 a year based on individual qualifications. Eligibility for yearly discretionary bonus.
